Blueberry Coconut-Almond Milk


This is a quick, simple milk recipe, which doesnโ€™t require any straining and is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and fiber!



For 2 cups


2 Tbsp soaked organic almonds (overnight or for 6 hours)

2 Tbsp coconut meat (frozen or fresh)

2 Tbsp fresh or frozen organic blueberries

2 dates or 1 Tbsp of raw honey

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 pinch of vanilla powder

1 pinch of sea salt

1 pinch of organic true cinnamon

Optional: add 1 Tsp of organic blueberry powder to add extra flavour and colour


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
  2. By mixing the whole, soaked almonds and skipping the straining part, you add more thickness to the milk. Together with the chia seeds, it also adds extra fiber, which will keep you satiated longer and it will give a creamier texture to the milk!
